You can enter data into customized tables created with Exact Extender. The data can be used as selection options for customized fields at maintenance or entry screens. At this screen, you can obtain an overview of all the data contained within a particular customized table. From this overview, you can:
Go to Add-on ➔ Extender Tables, and select the relevant customized table.
You can filter the data within a customized table to be displayed. To search for the data, define one or more of the following criteria and click Search. The data that match the search criteria you have entered are then displayed.
Click this to search for the data based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each page. If you have set the default number of rows to 50, then 50 rows will be displayed. If more than 50 rows are listed, the Previous and Next buttons are displayed.
Click this to return to the previous page.
Click this to go to the next page.
Select starts with or contains to search for the data starting with or containing certain characters (letters, words, numbers, or a combination of all).
Type a code to filter the search according to the required code.
Type a full or partial description of the data that you want to display.
Click this to delete the selected data. You cannot delete data which has been used in other master data or transactions.
Click this to view or modify the description of the selected data.
Click this to enter data in the table. For more information, see Entering data in customized tables.
Click this to exit.
